This summer, Allie and I plan to hold a few different focus groups with teen girls. We're planning one in Colorado in August, and would like to set up more in other locations.
Does anyone know a teen girl who would be willing to play "host" for these sessions? Let us know.
Also, we've decided to make our primary target 17-year-old college-bound girls. Our thought is that it will be easier to get younger girls interested in content aimed at the higher end of our age tier than to go the other way around and get older teens engaged in content for younger girls.

What is Teen She Spot?
Teen She Spot is a place for girls who are interesting and interested. A TSS girl is clever, fun-loving, and itching to make a difference...even it it's just one volunteer opportunity at a time. She cares more about getting into an awesome college than who's on the cover of the latest celeb gossip mag, and she isn't afraid to speak up or stand out, even if that means going against the grain. Most of all, she knows that happiness is about being more than a pretty face, even though that's what most magazines seem to tell her. She knows that caring about fashion and beauty does not mean she's apathetic about her community and world. And she plans to prove it.
